Key Transfers and Appointments:
- SSP K.G.P.B. Samarapala – Appointed as Officer-in-Charge of the Colombo North Division while continuing as Director of the Mounted Police Division.
- SSP P.M.K.D. Paliskara – Transferred from the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) to lead the Financial Crimes Investigation Division.
- SSP S.M.K.C. Thilakarathna – Moves from Galle Division to take charge as Director of the Supplies Division.
- SSP C.B. Medawala – Reassigned as Director of the Special Security Division after serving as Director of the Ministerial Security Division.
- SSP A.A. Edirimanna – Takes over as Officer-in-Charge of the Galle Division, replacing his role as Director of the Human Rights Division.
- SSP P.G. Darshana – Becomes Director of the In-Service Training Division after previously serving as Director of the Judicial Security Division.
- SSP L.A.D. Rathnaweera – Transferred from Monaragala to take charge of the Mullaitivu Division.
- SSP K.N. Gunawardena – Moves from Director of the Police Naval Division to become Officer-in-Charge of the Monaragala Division.
