NPP Government Revises Fuel Prices: Lanka Super Diesel Increased by Rs. 18

The National People's Power (NPP) government, which previously questioned the logic of adjusting fuel prices based on market fluctuations, has announced a revision in fuel prices, providing further relief to the public.

The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation, under the NPP government, has decided to revise fuel prices effective from midnight today (31st). Accordingly, the price of Lanka Super Diesel will increase by Rs. 18, bringing the new price to Rs. 331 per liter.

However, the prices of other fuel types will remain unchanged, according to the Petroleum Corporation.
